- Select the most effective learning format for each challenge, whether it's a course, simulation, checklist, case study, manager enablement, or an in-workflow intervention

- Create high-quality learning content that supports measurable performance improvement

- Formulate learning hypotheses, validate them through pilots and iterations, and continuously improve learning solutions based on data

- Apply both learning and business metrics to evaluate effectiveness and measure impact

- Design MVP learning solutions and pilot programs before scaling initiatives across the organization

- Partner with L&D Project Managers to analyze results, identify what worked, and iterate on future solutions

- Maintain and continuously improve the knowledge base, ensuring it remains a practical tool rather than a static repository

- Develop reusable learning frameworks and scalable design patterns instead of building every solution from scratch

- Confidence to challenge training requests when learning is not the right solution and recommend a more effective approach

- C1 English level for effective communication with an international team
