- Support and participate in client conversations, confidently explaining marketing automation, AI-enabled marketing, data-driven engagement, implementation considerations, and how MarTech can help improve activation, engagement, retention, and usage outcomes.
- Shape client-specific MarTech use cases across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, service-led communications, activation, usage stimulation, retention, personalisation, AI-assisted optimisation, and always-on engagement programmes.
- Assess client and local market readiness for MarTech delivery, identifying required inputs, dependencies, risks, data availability, governance needs, and operational steps required to move from opportunity to implementation.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Legal, Privacy, VCA, Sales, Insights & Analytics, and Global Marketing Services to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and solutions are commercially attractive, technically feasible, compliant, and scalable.
- Develop practical tools, guidance, training, FAQs, discovery questions, and sales enablement materials that help local teams identify MarTech opportunities and discuss technical solutions with confidence.
- Capture learnings from early MarTech engagements, define repeatable delivery approaches, support capability governance, and share MarTech best practices across the European and Global Marketing Services community.
