Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the assigned product portfolio, including product launches, commercialization, profitability tracking, and go-to-market execution.
Develop product, pricing, and revenue management strategies in alignment with regional and global marketing objectives.
Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand positioning.
Lead the development and execution of media campaigns (digital and traditional) to support brand and business goals.
Drive the digital customer journey across paid, owned, shared, and earned channels, ensuring delivery against key KPIs.
Develop customer selling stories, support line reviews, and collaborate with Sales to maximize product visibility, distribution, and growth.
Manage the category A&P budget, ensuring effective investment allocation and a strong return on marketing spend.
Monitor category performance, including sales, P&L, gross margin, and consumer satisfaction, implementing actions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and category performance.
Experience using market data and analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI) to drive business decisions.
Solid knowledge of KPIs, P&L management, pricing, and business performance analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across functions and in a matrix organization.
