Position Title: Computerized Maintenance Management System Operator

Area of Requirement: Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA 15108

Scope of Position

Maintain the CMMS database and work-order records, supporting accurate maintenance planning, dispatch, reporting and customer communication. Administer maintenance information in NexGen IT as the primary system of record and support the secondary CMMS and mobile reporting approach proposed for the contract. Maintain complete asset, work-order, schedule and completion data and provide reliable information to management and quality personnel. Coordinate with production control, planners and craftsmen so records accurately reflect field conditions and completed work.

Tasks and Capabilities Required

· Create, distribute, update and close work orders and equipment/task entries.

· Coordinate with managers, craftsmen, planners and schedulers on data accuracy and resources.

· Record service requests, dispatch instructions and customer follow-up.

· Analyze CMMS information and produce work status and performance reports.

· Maintain asset/task structures, PM schedules, work-order status and resource information in NexGen IT.

· Reconcile mobile and secondary-system records with Government-system entries; maintain traceable outage/backlog data for later synchronization.

· Record labor, material use, field notes, inspection evidence and restoration test results from authorized personnel.

· Generate status, backlog, PM and performance reports and support users with system procedures and data-quality questions.

· Support planning with CMMS information without conducting QC/safety audits or approving cost estimates.

· Maintain required core-hour and after-hours availability; remain assigned to this position without additional duties outside its scope.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications

· Certification in Maintenance Management, Maintenance Work Management or equivalent.

· Excellent MEP and CAFM reading skills, strong knowledge of basic facility equipment, and a background in facilities or maintenance management.

· No minimum number of years or degree is stated.

Additional required capabilities and onboarding

· CMMS certification and demonstrated software operation/configuration capability consistent with the proposal’s CMMS qualification commitment.

· Ability to manage preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, data analysis and user support in NexGen IT and supporting systems.

· Maintain required on-site core-hour coverage and after-hours availability for the assigned position.

· Read, write and speak English fluently when interfacing with Government representatives; provide current qualification records for verification.

· Complete required background/access processing, HSPD-12 credentialing and applicable onboarding/safety training before the assigned duties; complete the proposal’s Lautenberg certification process.

Preferred or Desired Certifications

· Experience operating and managing a commercial CMMS is highly preferred
