How You’ll Make a Difference

Our customers depend on their equipment to get the job done. They’ll depend on you to keep it safe, reliable, and ready to work.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment in our shop and at customer locations. Your work will help prevent downtime, solve problems, and build the kind of trust that keeps customers coming back.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, service, and repair equipment, including engines, electric motors, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical systems, lifting systems, and other major components.
- Keep equipment safe and dependable through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic welding as needed.
- Put safety first every day by following proper repair procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting company and applicable safety requirements.
- Take ownership of the job by maintaining needed parts and supplies, completing service documentation on time, supporting customers, and completing required technical training.

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ year of equipment repair or related mechanical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills, along with a dependable, team-first approach to your work.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist. Mechanical or trade school training is a plus, and availability for an on-call schedule may be required.
