In this dynamic environment, no two days are exactly alike. We are looking for individuals who are eager to expand their capabilities and willing to cross-train across various departments as production needs shift.
This role can potentially be temp to hire, but regardless it will come with weekly overtime to earn additional money!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on assembly, finishing, fabrication, or surface preparation tasks according to quality specifications.
Adapt quickly to changing operational needs, moving seamlessly between different production areas as required.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
Collaborate effectively with teammates to meet daily and weekly production targets.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong dependability and a proven track record of reliable attendance.
Eagerness to learn new skills and cross-train in multiple production departments.
Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, paint/autobody finishing, welding, fabrication, or custom building (such as carpentry or boat building) is a strong plus.
Ability to comfortably work required overtime, including scheduled Saturdays, to meet operational goals.
