About the Role
The Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient intake of fresh floral products within our warehouse operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency in a temperature-controlled environment.

What Youll Do
Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments for accuracy and quality
Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems
Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support efficient workflow
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in collaboration with team members
Support picking and sorting activities to ensure proper product selection and scanning
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and cooler environment
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 35–36F) for extended periods. The position is physically active and includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM until finish
Additional hours and days may be required during seasonal peaks and holidays

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday

• Positive, reliable, and safety-focused mindset
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
