About
the Role

As a Business
Manager , you’ll act as the vital link between our clients and internal
teams, ensuring smooth communication, impeccable project delivery, and
opportunities for future collaboration. You’ll work closely with the Business
Director to develop tailored strategies and presentations while overseeing
client satisfaction throughout the production process.

What
You’ll Do

In this
role, you will:

- Manage Business Opportunities : Follow up on inbound business
opportunities assigned by the Business Director and contribute to
developing new client relationships.
- Create Customized Presentations : Draft tailored presentation
decks to meet specific client needs and showcase our capabilities.
- Develop Business Strategies : Collaborate with the Business
Director to design business strategies and proposals for prospective
clients.
- Client
Relationship Management:
- Coordinate and manage daily
relationships with assigned clients.
- Maintain clear communication
with clients throughout project development and production processes.
- Address client needs and
requests, ensuring they align with project goals and targets.
- Keep the Business Director
involved to address critical situations and provide strategic guidance.

- Ensure Client Satisfaction : Oversee client satisfaction
from project initiation to final delivery, ensuring expectations are met
or exceeded.
- Post-Event Relationship
Building :
Maintain relationships with clients after project completion to explore
future business opportunities.
- Leverage Production Exposure : Utilize opportunities during
project production to foster new contacts and business leads.

Requirements

What
We’re Looking For

To excel in
this role, you’ll need:

- At least 5 years of experience in
client relationship management and business development, preferably within
the live events, entertainment, or experiential industry.
- Excellent communication and
presentation skills in English (Italian is a plus).
- Exceptional problem-solving
abilities and a client-first mindset.
- A proactive, organized, and
detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to
travel, as required.
