About the role:
As a Junior Accountant - Intern , you will have the opportunity to
gain hands-on experience within our Administrative team. Under the guidance of
experienced professionals, you will assist in managing supplier purchase orders
and invoices. This internship will provide you with valuable skills in
accounting processes, financial organization, and collaboration within a
dynamic, multicultural environment.

Main
activities:

· preparation
and management of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and
conditions.

· sending orders to suppliers and monitoring their
proper acknowledgment and processing.

· verification of invoices and related documents,
ensuring their formal accuracy.

· ensuring alignment between issued purchase
orders, services actually delivered, and received invoices.

· Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements

Requirements:

· Recently completed a diploma in accounting or a
degree in economics or related fields.

· A strong interest in finance and accounting
processes.

· Basic proficiency with PC tools, particularly
Microsoft Office.

· Italian (proficiency), good written and spoken
English skills.

· Knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
