Your Role:

Typically performs routine assignments using existing procedures or even works autonomously within established procedures and practices that require knowledge of concepts and procedures within a job discipline or specialized technical expertise within an analytical/scientific method or operational process

- Review stock suitability and secondary analytical data in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS), product specifications, established data libraries, and applicable guidelines.
- Verify ERP, sample-tracking, and metric-system entries; process and route samples and analytical data accurately and maintain complete, compliant records.
- Interpret analytical results, including titration, spectroscopy, and chromatography; perform stoichiometry, unit conversions, and intermediate-level troubleshooting.
- Prepare controlled documents, including Certificates of Analysis, product specifications, investigation records, and other quality documentation.
- Conduct and support out-of-specification investigations, deviations, change requests, audits, and resolution of master-data or product issues.
- Create, review, and update SOPs; complete required training; train new hires and collaborate cross-functionally on procedures and operations.
- Identify, coordinate, and implement department-level quality, process, and safety improvements in partnership with management.
- Communicate operational status, risks, and deviations; support internal teams, customers, site visitors, and audits while prioritizing safe, timely work aligned with department and site objectives.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or Other Life/Physical Science disciplines
- 2+ years laboratory, or quality review experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge in chemistry, math, and general science
- Some graduate coursework preferred
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Good customer service and communications skills, oral and written
- Basic understanding analytical tools and equipment
- Safe chemical handling practice
- Compute chemical calculations and conversions
- Ability to adapt, self-motivate, and critically think
- Organization and time management skills
- Database software management skills
- Skilled in making decisions and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.
- Basic understanding of Data Integrity
- Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices

Pay Range for this position: $25-$39 per hour.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
