Job Title : New Case Coordinator

Type of Position: FULL TIME

Location: Remote

Pay : $20/ hr

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. **

Job Description :

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

- Refer client to medical treatment such as physical therapy or chiropractor
- Confirm client has scheduled an appointment with medical provider
- Obtain/reconfirm necessary details of how the incident occurred
- Research incident details and location when client does not have much information
- about incident
- Report incident to all parties' insurance companies and obtain claim information
- Review documents received from investigator and entered data into ACT
- Process a minimum of 125 cases out of intake to case management
- Ensures that all retainer documents are properly signed and filed
- Continues proper follow up with clients to ensure receive all relevant information on a
- daily basis
- Send referral communication email to firms we are referring lead to and update ACT with
- client information
- Meet in person with clients that will be coming into office to sign up.
- Review file and send SR1 when needed
- Send Letters of Representation to all parties' insurance companies
- Save all documents and photos to client folder and ensure they are properly labeled
- Draft and send subout out letter for clients that have a prior attorney
- Build strong rapport with clients
- Make great first and lasting impression on clients

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
- Confident
