About this role
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.
- Must be familiar with a variety of manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to employee involvement, participative management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. Persons status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refuge

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business or a management-related field is preferred.
- Experienced with manufacturing of precision metal components preferred.
