Assistant Controller

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a standard cost environment as an account or cost accountant.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to manage and complete all areas of responsibility.
- Strong attention to detail and follow up. Ability to prioritize, organize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Logical thinker, strong analytical, problem-solving abilities.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee .

Preferred Qualifications:

- Five (5) years or more experience in a manufacturing environment with directly related experience. Standard costing system in aerospace manufacturing, highly desirable.
- JD Edwards, HFM, Power BI, Advanced Excel experience
- Accounting license/certification
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn; capable of working independently to manage and complete all areas of responsibility.
