Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor manages all activities concerning reception, handling, and warehouse of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods. Oversee all shift leads, inventory, and logistics coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

● Supervises safety
● Supervises employees.
● Coordinate training activities. Administer disciplinary measures.
● Maintain and enforce the plant safety policy.
● Inventory support from staff
● Conduct SAP transactions to ensure all material movement and disposition is properly recorded.
● Monitor and train warehouse employees to ensure all material movement transactions are properly recorded in SAP.
● Reports and explain productivity for shift performance – daily, weekly and monthly
● Review employee individual performance. Ensure integrity of data.
● Supervise training of staff audit reviews
● Supervise inbound and outbound preparation and receipt of goods.
● Validates outbound shipments for quality and accuracy to prevent customer complaints.
● Manages Warehouse employee tasks to ensure adherence to daily outbound and inbound transportation schedule.
● Ensure on time delivery of material to all customers. Optimize floor space utilization
● Maintain records and warehouse cleanliness to always meet AIB/BRC standards
● Coordinates all warehousing activities with the following groups: traffic, production, QA and any other departments
● Supervises Payroll timecards
● Must promote a safe working environment and good GMP’s
● Committed to providing a safe food product
● Works within all regulatory requirements and anything else deemed for operational support

About you:

● 5+ years in warehouse operations with emphasis on food industry desired.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
● ERP or related experience needed, SAP experience is a plus.
● Ability to work independently, and to meet deadlines.
● Good communication skills.
