Quality Control Test Technician Lead

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Quality Control Lead Technician to oversee inspection and testing activities while leading a team of technicians. This role combines hands-on quality expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor quality control technicians.

- Support training and performance development.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing & Inspection

- Oversee inspections and electrical testing activities.

- Lead functional testing using advanced equipment.

- Investigate quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions.

Quality Systems

- Manage inspection and test documentation.

- Monitor equipment calibration schedules.

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- 3+ years of quality control, inspection, or testing experience.

- 1+ year of leadership experience.

- Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and procedures.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate degree in a related field.

- CQI or CQT certification preferred.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
