About this role
The Account Services Representative for Government Investment Pool Division provides support to cities, school districts, counties, and other government entity participants. Primary responsibility is to assist prospective entities with the enrollment and onboarding process and current participants with any new account or account maintenance requests as well as any other account inquiries.
- Background in banking with 3-5 years’ experience particularly in new accounts and customer service.
- Accurate and timely data entry skills are a must and attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a timely manner in a high paced environment
- Computer skills required include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
