About this role
As the CRM Coordinator, you will manage the Caesars CRM campaigns and drive retention through customized player journeys throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer retention.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience working in an auditing role, in the casino industry or another industry heavily regulated (e.g., depository institutions, investment institutions, the health care industry, etc.)
- Preferred experience in Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
- Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 USD, which is dependent on several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
