What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and lift components
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting to manufacturer and company standards
- Follow all safety procedures while assisting with equipment disassembly, repairs, and basic welding as needed
- Complete service documentation, maintain parts and tools, and keep the shop clean and safe
What You’ll Bring
- Basic mechanical aptitude with 1+ year of experience in equipment repair or a related field
- Strong work ethic, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to learn
- Comfort working in a shop environment with physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school and OEM certifications preferred
