POSITION SUMMARY
默克高雄設備廠是默克集團裡專業的半導體設備製造廠。主要產品包括氣體和化學品輸送設備。這些輸送設備通過機械管道和控制裝置運輸危險物質，確保安全且高品質地將危險物質送達客戶的使用點。生產線同仁負責管材的切割和彎曲、去離子洗滌和乾燥管材、焊接、設備組裝、接線和功能測試。安全是首要任務；所有人員必須遵守所有安全規範和工廠行為準則，以確保自己和同事的安全工作環境。
M erck Kaohsiung Equipment Plant is a professional semiconductor equipment manufacturing facility. The main products include gas and chemical delivery equipment. This delivery equipment transports hazardous substances through mechanical piping equipped with control devices, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery to the customer's point of use via the controller. Production line employees are responsible for tube cutting and bending, deionized (DI) washing and drying of tubes, welding, equipment assembly, wiring, and functional testing. Safety is the top priority; personnel must adhere to all safety regulations and factory conduct codes to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues.
Nature and Scope
電器/機械組裝技術員向製造主管報告並遵循任務安排。在所有任務中遵守安全標準至關重要，以最小化風險並確保安全的工作環境。工人必須主動識別潛在危險並向主管報告。此外，他們必須配合工作排程，以確保生產過程的順利運行。
The Electrical /Mechanical Assembly Technician reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and follows task arrangements. Adhering to safety standards is crucial in all tasks to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment. Workers must proactively identify potential hazards and report them to the supervisor. Additionally, they must cooperate with work scheduling to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.
DIMENSIONS
這 個職位將位於台灣高雄，負責每個工作站分配的生產線任務。工作時間為每天 8 小時，每週 5 天，單班制。須配合訂單及生產狀況加班。工作會輪調，並視情況支援其他組別。
This role will be based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and is responsible for production line tasks assigned to each workstation. The working schedule consists of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, in a single shift. Overtime work is required depending on order volume and production status. Work will rotate, and support will be provided to other groups as needed.

This position is accountable for the following end results:
- 透過實施有效的電子安全活動結構（ ELSAS ），實現安全、健康和環境目標，例如可記錄的傷害率 Achieve safety, health, and environmental targets, such as the Recordable Injury Rate, by deploying an effective Electronics Safety Activity Structure (ELSAS).
- 焊道清潔/ Clean Weld ： 對組裝完成盤面內的管件與閥件焊接處進行打磨、清潔及檢查，確保焊接處無異常。
Grind, clean, and inspect welded areas on pipes and valves assembled on the panel to ensure no abnormalities.
- 箱體及鋼瓶組裝 /Cabinet&Canister Assembly ： 依據圖紙張貼盤面/箱體/鋼瓶相關標示（如閥類位置、警示標語、配件標籤），搬運盤面並安裝至箱體內，按照圖紙連接及安裝盤面管件/鋼瓶及客戶選配料件。
According to drawings, apply labels on the panel/enclosure/canister including valve positions, warning signs, and accessory labels; transport the panel and install it into the enclosure; connect and install pipeline components on the panel according to
- 電器組裝 /Electrical Assembly ：依據圖紙安裝訊號線、電器元件、配件及氣源管，並整理線路與氣源管。
Install signal wires, components, accessories, and air supply pipes according to drawings; organize wiring to ensure correct signal sources
- 鋼瓶包裝作業 / Canister Packaging ：生產前準備物料，空瓶入庫並進行清點與檢驗，檢查鋼瓶完成品後包裝及打包。
Prepare materials before production; transport, check, and inspect empty cylinders for storage; inspect, pack, and bundle finished cylinders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 工作經驗: 無經驗可，但具相關經驗者優先考慮。
Work experience: 3+ years work experience; prior experience is a plus
- 學歷要求： 高中畢業或以上。
Education: High school diploma or above.
- 語言： 中文/英文
Language: Chinese, English is preferred
