Your Role

- Ensure environmentally safe facility operations by implementing EHS and ELSAS programs.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and support operator training.
- Manage production plans, infrastructure, inventory, and support plant start-up and shutdown activities.
- Oversee Process Safety Management programs, compliance audits, and ISO certification.
- Lead plant troubleshooting and coordinate with contractors as technical liaison.
- Maintain and troubleshoot control systems (DCS, PLC) and manage equipment reliability.
- Drive productivity improvements through data tracking and process optimization.
- Support quality control including Statistical Product Control, customer complaint investigations, and eMOC closure.
- Facilitate customer visits, supplier assessments, contingency planning, and interface with supply chain and sourcing teams.

Who You Are

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
- Good English and interpersonal relationship ability is critical for the role.
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Self motivated initiative in abundance.
- Relevant ​​​​​certificates(가스, 위험물 관련 자격증) holder is a big plus.
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques in specialty gas production is a plus.
- Familiarity with processes and operational strategies specific to specialty gas production is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety management practices relevant to the specialty gas sector is a plus.
- Experience with data management and statistical quality control (SPC/SQC) is a plus.
