Key Accountabilities

- Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on factory and production line maintenance.
- Site Utilities Operation performance in terms of reliability of Utilities supply, Utilities asset management, maintenance cost control & also compliance regarding to legal & regulatory.
- Electricity receiving & distribution system.
- Air compressor & compressed air system.
- Chiller & HVAC system.
- DI water plant.
- Building & Infrastructure.
- Pest Control.
- Fire Protection & Fire alarm system.
- Canteen and concerned.
- Lead and manage CAPEX projects; ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the correct quality, on time, and budget.
- Engineering Spare part Inventory control, efficiency of inventory stock & availability.
- Leading Site Sustainability in Energy Saving, GHG reduction and concerns.
- Use BAS/BMS, SCADA, PLC, Modbus, IoT sensors, CMMS and dashboards to monitor alarms, trends, work orders and utility performance.

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Facilities, Energy Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer, Personal Responsible for Energy (PRE), safety, electrical or facility-related

Technical Competence & Skills:

- Personal Responsible for Energy (PRE) certified are desirable.
- Good knowledge of Facility works
- Have knowledge of the PLC, HVAC, LVAC, Electrical control, Pump Control, Chiller, DI Water, Air Compressor, Building Automation, Building Structure, Sanitary System.
- Have knowledge of computer programs such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of PLC, BAS/BMS, SCADA, Modbus, IoT monitoring and CMMS; proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Power BI are preferred.
- Good analytical skills.

- Strong ownership, accountability, planning, prioritization and follow-up.
- Ability to lead technicians and contractors, coach team members and manage emergency situations calmly.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, decision-making and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Effective cross-functional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Relevant Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities, utilities or engineering maintenance within a manufacturing environment; electronics or cleanroom manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing facility projects, utility interruptions, maintenance systems, BAS, IoT for facility and compliance activities.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

- Good command of Thai and English, both spoken and written.
- Available for emergency response, planned shutdowns or after-hours support when required.
- Able to work safely in factory, utility, rooftop, plantroom and cleanroom environments.
