Role Responsibilities :

- Move materials within the department and deliver materials to other departments as needed.
- Assist with staging parts based on the production build schedule.
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory records.
- Ensure correct tagging and identification of parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations using the inventory control system.
- Remove cardboard and wood waste from the plant and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support department processes and collaborate with co‑workers as needed.
- Comply with all EHS and PPE policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience, including previous forklift certification.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, work around loud machinery, and perform repetitive motion.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off‑shifts as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to learn department processes, parts, and material flow requirements.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work toward shared goals.
- Flexibility and agility in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
