### About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee who is interested in understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and working with clients and development teams. The candidate will get practical exposure to business analysis activities during the traineeship.
### Basic Skills
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of requirement gathering
- Ability to understand and document business requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and work with different teams
Eligibility
- MBA / PGDM in IT, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of internship experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and logical thinking
- Willingness to work from office
Traineeship & Compensation
- Traineeship Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: INR 5,000/- per month
- Full-time employment will be offered based on performance during the traineeship
- Full-Time CTC: INR 3,00,000/- per annum
- Monthly CTC: INR 25,000/- per month after full-time hiring
### Common Hiring Terms
The selected candidate will initially join as a Business Analyst Trainee for 3 months . During the traineeship, the candidate will receive a stipend of INR 5,000/- per month . Based on performance during the traineeship, the candidate may be offered full-time employment with a CTC of INR 3,00,000/- per annum (INR 25,000/- per month) .
