Role

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various areas of Human Resources, including employee experience, learning and development, recruitment support, and HR administration. The successful candidate will assist with daily HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, contribute to training and development programs, and help maintain accurate employee records while developing strong organizational and interpersonal skills in a professional hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Employee Experience

・Support employee engagement activities, employee events, and wellness

initiatives.

・Assist with the preparation and distribution of employee communications

and announcements.

・Provide administrative support for employee experience initiatives and HR

projects.

Learning & Development

・Assist in coordinating training programs and learning activities.

・Prepare training materials, attendance records, and training documentation.

・Track training completion and maintain learning and development records.

・Support onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new employees.

Recruitment

・Assist with recruitment activities, including interview preparation and

candidate coordination.

・Support the preparation of recruitment-related documents and job postings.

・Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking reports.

・Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing employee documentation.

HR Administration

・Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining employee records and HR

documents.

・Scan, copy, and archive HR documents in accordance with company

procedures.

・Assist with inventory management of office supplies and onboarding

materials.

Requirements

・Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business

or Tourism.

・Fluency in verbal and written Japanese is required. (Must be authorized to

work in Japan without sponsorship.)

・Basic English communication skills are an advantage.

・Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

・Good organizational and administrative skills.

・Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

・Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

・Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.

・Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively in a team.

・Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee or company

information with integrity.

・Must be legally eligible to undertake an internship in Japan.
