1、协助实地/电话/网络收集广州当地房地产项目数据，必要时需外出。
2、协助清洗整理调研数据，完成数据后续分类处理工作
3、协助完成城市信息收集，其他专题材料搜集等工作
*上述工作内容视具体情况安排而定

1、大学本科及以上在读生，大三/大四/研一优先，房产建筑、土木工程、市场营销、国际商务等专业优先
2、具备良好的沟通表达能力和独立思考能力，性格沉稳学生优先
3、熟练使用Microsoft办公软件
4、熟悉房地产基础知识，有过相关调研和数据处理经验优先
