On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Senior Business Change Manager Inside IR35 for a 10 months contract based Hybrid 2 days a week in Swindon and occasional travel to Cambridge and Nottingham

As a Senior Business Change Manager , your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead business change, communications, engagement and change readiness activities across the NERC Transformation Programme.
- Work with leaders , colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the organisation understands the rationale for change, remains engaged throughout the programme, and is prepared for consultation, implementation and transition to new ways of working.
- Develop and deliver the programme change and engagement strategy and undertake organisational change impact assessments
- Undertake organisational change impact assessments and Produce communications, briefing materials, presentations and leadership messages.
Essential:
- Strong P3M experience, supporting complex programme design, delivery and implementation.
- Experience understanding the business impact of change and preparing teams for successful implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change communication, acting as the link between the programme and impacted business areas.
- Strong implementation planning experience, embedding change, new processes and ways of working into the organisation.
