Job Description
Play a key role in scaling technology vertical by primarily supporting business development efforts and holding revenue targets for Thailand
- Own and drive Technology Advisory revenue targets in Thailand
- Identify, shape, and convert consulting opportunities with key clients
- Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and executive presentations
- Partner with Account Executives, Product, Client Services, and VAS teams to create integrated client solutions
Play a key role in leading end-to-end digital & tech client projects, from business development to project implementation. You will offer solutions for a specific client problem or challenge
- Advise C-suite and senior executives on technology transformation priorities.
- Lead diagnostic assessments across payments, digital banking, architecture, APIs, cloud, data, AI, and operating models.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and target-state architectures.
- Translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert for complex client engagements
- Lead multi-workstream consulting and transformation engagements.
- Manage project governance, risks, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality.
- Oversee teams comprising consultants, architects, PMOs, data specialists, and implementation resources.
- Ensure delivery excellence and realization of client outcomes.
Grow the vertical by offering expertise on topics like building a mobile stack, enabling payment interfaces, migrating banking stack to a cloud and other topics that are complex in scale and scope, intellectually demanding, and deadline driven.
- Create repeatable Tech Advisory offerings, methodologies, and IP.
- Develop playbooks, frameworks, and reusable assets.
- Mentor and coach consultants across the region.
- Contribute to VCA's growth agenda through innovation and capability building
- Contribute to key Practice building initiatives – top-line growth, new Capability / IP generation, program management, training, mentorship, and team initiatives.
- Stay abreast of evolving payment technologies, innovations, and strategic partners that may accelerate speed-to-market or enhance our existing products and solutions
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or financial services technology leadership.
- Experience in consulting & technology in credit card / payments would be an added advantage.
- Experience advising senior executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, COO, Head of Digital).
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in originating and growing consulting engagements.
- Have end-to-end technical expertise in payment systems integration, data management, security infrastructure ensuring efficiency, and robust payment solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to have structured thinking and build strong arguments.
- Self-starter individual with a keen appetite for building the business.
- Collaborative team player with ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
