Job Purpose

- Ensures exact services have been defined as ordered by the customer.
- Performs various activities to support RCC department and billing processes.
- Provides quality assurance, quality control, and customer service; ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed.

Main Responsibilities

- Initiate and prepares the Import / Export shipments as per client profile and business needs.
- Actively communicates with Focal Point in local office.
- Maintains latest working instructions.
- Executes fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization.
- Works closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
- Reviews the information entered by the export office.
- Ensures all documents needed are complete e.g. Seaway Bill, Profit Loss or Credit Note, Intercompany Invoice.
- Resolves billing errors raised by RCC and Disputes Team.
- Performs other duties as assigned - Perform adhoc duties --bulk invoicing (Emergency Disruption Surcharge (EDS), Review Crosstrade, Provide DG Information, Review Shipment Approval Request
- Participates in tasks migrations through testing.
- Training of back-up or new hires.
- Analyzes issues and attends to escalations and disputes

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sea Logistics or a similar industry.
- Proficient in MS Outlook and basic MS Excel.
- Good understanding of international geography and shipping operations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Process-driven with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and leadership potential.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a positive work attitude.
