We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clubhouse Officer to oversee daily operations of a residential clubhouse. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing facilities, vendors, and recreational programs, while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Responsibilities:
- Perform clubhouse management and to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good conditions.
- Perform vendor management and supervise vendor’s performance.
- Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal.
- Plan, organize and promote recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- 2 years + residential properties clubhouse experiences.
- Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Shift duty is required.
