Key Responsibilities:
- Experience engaging with senior leadership teams including CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs to evaluate business performance, financial strength, strategic priorities, and industry dynamics.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment, business research, and rating methodologies, with exposure to management discussions, rating reviews, and analytical report preparation.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, resolve complex stakeholder queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and research functions to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated track record of driving process excellence through SLA adherence, MIS reporting, process improvements, data analysis, and delivery of accurate, insight-driven business reports.
Key Requirements:
- MBA professional with experience in banking/credit rating, managing client interactions and conducting financial assessments across diverse industries.
- Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, business performance assessment, and deriving actionable insights for decision-making.
- Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills, engaging confidently with clients and senior management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong analytical capabilities and flexibility to travel for business meetings, client discussions, and on-ground assessments.
