Bid Coordinator

Insituform Technologies, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions, is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator.

Insituform Technologies, LLC, is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. Insituform's businesses consist of sewer, drinking water, and energy and mining pipeline rehabilitation and protection. The company provides cost-effective solutions to remediate operational, health, regulatory and environmental problems resulting from aging and defective pipelines. Insituform's technologies allow its customers to avoid the extraordinary expense and extreme disruption that can result from traditional "dig and replace" methods.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support the document flow of approximately 1500 annual municipal bidding events for North American Rehabilitation.
- Obtain bid documents in a timely manner and copy/scan into FTP system.
- Distribute bid documents to Business Development Manager, estimating, project management and subcontractors involved in the project.
- Perform FTP file management, ensuring data accuracy and coordination of project addenda.
- Perform contract administrative support.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required
- Accounting skills or related field preferred
- Candidates must have strong PC skills with a high level of proficiency with MS Office applications, database management, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Previous JD Edwards and Egnyte or similar cloud file management system experience a plus.
- The ability to interface effectively with field sales and estimating personnel is very important.
- This person must have the ability to manage time effectively through prioritization and/or delegation.
