About this role
The Revenue Lead, Payments & Roaming EMEA works on the Charging Team and enables top-line growth across several business lines through payment integrations in the EV industry. You will build recurring business with payment processing companies, automakers, and charge point operators with a focus on the European market.
The ideal candidate has a passion for strategic planning, negotiations, law, and finance. You should be confident and comfortable working directly with C-level executives at other companies and representing Tesla externally. Internally, you will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Vehicle Sales, Charging, Engineering, Product, and Tax — including senior leadership.

- Develop, manage, and expand payment and roaming integrations that directly impact Tesla's vehicle and product sales and help grow Tesla's charging business
- Work cross-functionally to operationalize and implement payment integration agreements for roaming services — both to Tesla charge points and to those of other operators
- Represent Tesla in discussions with payment processing companies, automakers, and charge point operators; build and maintain senior-level relationships to drive strategic partnerships and recurring business
- Monitor revenue streams, ensure on-time settlement of accounts receivable and accounts payable, and identify areas for improvement and growth
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations related to EV charging
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in finance, M&A, corporate strategy, venture capital, law, or the EV space
- Strong record of analytical work, external stakeholder management, and negotiation; confident communicator with C-level and senior leadership at other companies
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work with teams based in US time zones (Texas and California), travel in Europe and internationally; valid driver's license required
- Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
