Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Location: Norcross, GA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (starting)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Norcross, GA. In this hands-on role, you will handle order fulfillment, inventory support, and general warehouse duties in a collaborative, team-first environment.

This is a steady, daytime schedule with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Accurately retrieve merchandise from stock and staging areas based on pick lists.

Packing & Shipping: Inspect, pack, weigh, and label orders properly to ensure safe transit and timely delivery.

Receiving & Logistics: Assist in the safe loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight trucks.

Inventory Control: Participate in regular and monthly cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation.

Workplace Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse workspace adhering to safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience.

Tech-Savvy: Prior experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or RF scan gun is strongly preferred.

Team Mindset: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a readiness to support team members.

Reliability: Dependable transportation and a consistent track record of punctuality.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and reach for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Safety Gear: Steel-toe boots or shoes are strictly required from day one.

Compensation & Perks

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour

Consistent Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (No late nights or rotating shift schedules)
