About this role

Tesla is seeking a Operational Lead, Collision Center Market Expansion to support collision infrastructure growth and network expansion across North America. You will track and advance real estate progress for Tesla Collision Centers while analyzing new market opportunities, market capture, insurance relationships, parking needs, and Tesla Approved Collision Center expansion, as well as planning for emerging products such as robotaxi, used car, and Semi collision support. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to keep location planning on track, identify growth opportunities, document consistent status updates, and drive more business through improved strategies and relationships.

Track real estate progress across upcoming locations; ensure all sites are on track and provide consistent, documented status updates Analyze new market opportunities and existing market capture to identify ways of earning more business and expanding the collision network Determine opportunities and locations for START training and support related real estate needs Analyze parking spaces/sites for customer repairs and used car refurbishment Maintain accurate records, status reporting, and process improvements for efficiency in real estate and network expansion Conduct site assessments and contribute to long-term network planning Plan real estate and site requirements for robotaxi, used car, and semi collision support

Background in real estate, site selection, market analysis, project management, or related fields, ideally with exposure to automotive or multi-site organizations Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or equivalent experience; real estate license eligibility or relevant certifications a plus Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate market opportunity and impacts on revenue, efficiency, productivity, and customer service Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Jira, and management systems Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project tracking and status updates to stakeholders effectively Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment Passion for Tesla’s mission and interest in supporting expansion into areas such as robotaxi, used vehicles, and semi support

Expected Compensation $88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
