Schedule: Overnight Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What Youll Do
- Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal care and other needs throughout the overnight shift.
- Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents conditions and report concerns promptly.
- Provide Overnight Support: Respond to resident needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night.
- Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible while providing the support they need.
- Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Protect Dignity: Provide dependable care with patience, respect, and compassion.
