Environmental Services Technician
Join the team at Monarch Landing! This position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday.
Monarch Landing is an award-winning senior living community located in north Naperville. You’ll be part of a team that values its employees and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for our residents.
We’re looking for a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technician to help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees.
What You’ll Do
As an Environmental Services Technician, you will:
- Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.
- Complete floor care and other assigned housekeeping tasks.
- Assist with community-wide trash and recycling collection.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Help ensure common areas and resident spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our residents.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three to six months of janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
- A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- A hospitality-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
