Position Summary
The HR Partner, EMEA is responsible for delivering a professional, responsive and commercially focused HR service across the EMEA region. Working closely with the Head of HR, the role will become the primary operational HR partner for managers and employees across the region following a full handover of day-to-day HR activities.
The majority of employees supported by this role are located in France and Belgium, with additional employees and workers based across other EMEA jurisdictions through external employers of record. As such, the role combines regional HR operational ownership with business partnering support, to help ensure local practices remain aligned with Quortex and Lumine Group standards.
This is a hands-on generalist position suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys close partnership with managers, takes pride in operational excellence and is interested in expanding their international HR experience within a growing global technology organisation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Own day-to-day HR operations across EMEA, with particular focus on France and Belgium.
• Manage onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave administration and offboarding activities.
• Administer employment documentation and ensure accurate employee records.
• Maintain data integrity within Workday and associated HR systems.
• Ensure delivery of a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Employee & Manager Partnership
• Act as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees across the region.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance, attendance and policy matters.
• Partner with leaders to identify people priorities and support business objectives.
• Assist with annual performance, talent and compensation processes.
Payroll, Benefits & Vendor Management
• Work closely with payroll providers and Finance teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes.
• Coordinate benefits administration and manage relationships with external providers.
• Support employees with payroll and benefits-related enquiries.
• Ensure effective coordination with local employing entities and external service providers.
France & Belgium HR Support
• Act as the primary HR contact for employee representative bodies, leading CSE consultations, coordinating meetings, preparing supporting documentation and ensuring appropriate follow-up of actions.
• Lead employee relations matters across France and Belgium, including disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management, absence management and employee exits.
• Support implementation of locally compliant policies and employment practices.
• Coordinate employment documentation and local HR processes.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
• Partner with the Head of HR on HR integration, harmonisation and transformation initiatives.
• Support policy development and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and employee experience
• Support organisational change initiatives, and workforce transformation projects where required.
• Produce workforce reporting and HR analytics as required.

• Strong practical knowledge of French employment practices.
• Wider European HR experience highly desirable.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations and people management matters.
• Experience coordinating payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience working with external providers and multi-country employment structures.
• Experience supporting organisational change or integration activities would be advantageous.
• Fluent French and English.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Experience within a technology or software business would be advantageous.
