Location: Atlanta, GA (Multiple Clinical Sites)

Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday Day Shift

Study Type: Diagnostic Validation Studies (Non-Drug Research) About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to support a high-enrolling diagnostic validation study. This role is ideal for candidates with early clinical research experience who enjoy patient interaction and working in a fast-paced clinical environment. The study consists of a single patient visit lasting approximately one hour and focuses on specimen collection and data capture rather than investigational drug research. Key Responsibilities

- Review patient charts in EPIC and assess study eligibility.
- Pre-screen potential participants for research opportunities.
- Meet with patients during clinic visits to discuss study participation.
- Present study details and obtain informed consent.
- Enroll eligible participants into the study.
- Assist with specimen collection or educate patients on proper collection techniques.
- Collect and/or process specimens including: Urine
- Nasal swabs
- Throat swabs
- Genital specimens

- Accurately enter study data into REDCap or other Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Complete study documentation and support day-to-day administrative research activities.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of clinical research experience (academic research experience accepted).
- Experience working directly with patients in a clinical or research setting.
- Ability to explain research studies and obtain informed consent.
- Experience conducting chart reviews and determining patient eligibility.
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Experience with specimen collection and processing, or the ability to train patients on collection procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- REDCap experience.
- Experience with patient pre-screening and enrollment.
- Prior experience supporting diagnostic or observational research studies.
- Experience working within EPIC.

Work Environment This role requires travel between multiple enrollment sites throughout the Atlanta area. Candidates will receive schedules in advance and must provide their own transportation. Parking and travel expenses are not reimbursed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
