<b>Overview</b><br><div dir="ltr"><p>Microsoft Agent 365 is the control plane for AI agents in the enterprise — giving organizations the ability to observe, govern, and secure the rapidly growing number of agents at work across their business. Built into the Microsoft 365 admin center and the same trusted infrastructure as Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender, Agent 365 treats agents as first-class digital identities: discoverable in a centralized registry, managed across their lifecycle, and protected with enterprise-grade identity, data protection, and threat defense — regardless of which tools, frameworks, or models were used to build them. </p><p>Based in our Dublin, Ireland office, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Product Manager to drive the next wave of agent management innovation for Agent 365. This role is pivotal to the success of our platform. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><div dir="ltr"><ul><li><p>Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for agent observability, governance, and security within Agent 365. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, Engineering, Design, IT, Sales, and Marketing — to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to product development. </p></li><li><p>Partner with enterprise customers and stakeholders at C-Level (CISOs, CIOs, and IT and security leaders), as well as internal stakeholders, to shape requirements and support growth across key customer segments. </p></li><li><p>Drive integration and interoperability across the Microsoft ecosystem and with first-party, third-party, and open-source agents. </p></li><li><p>Participate in customer and field education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and resource materials. </p></li><li><p>Drive strategic and customer feedback and insights into the product roadmap. </p></li></ul></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><h3><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Required Qualifications:</span></h3><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development<ul><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li></ul></div><div><h3><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">Preferred Qualifications:</span></h3><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development<ul><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li><li>In-depth experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).</li><li>In-depth experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).</li><li>Multiple years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive product alignment across multiple engineering and product organizations without direct authority.</li><li>Fluency with agent observability and operational governance domains, ideally including monitoring and telemetry, audit and usage/cost accounting, and autonomous-agent orchestration technologies.</li><li>Experience engaging externally with IT and AI operations buyers (CIOs, platform and AIOps leaders), industry analysts, ecosystem and ISV partners.</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication, with the ability to set a narrative for both technical and executive audiences. </li></ul></div></div> <br><p>This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.</p><br><hr><br><p>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
