Position Summary

A PCS Scrubber engineer owns the performance of the abatement equipment at SAS. This equipment is designed to abate tool byproduct and maintain our factory's air permit requirements. Scrubbers must be maintained routinely and safely, and the engineer is responsible for the procedures required to achieve these goals. The core role requires the engineer to measure fleet performance and direct resources to address issues and make improvements.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Measuring the performance of the scrubber equipment fleet.

- Coordinating pre-task plans for nonstandard jobs that emerge.

- Owning the maintenance procedures executed by the vendor teams.

- Implementing equipment improvements that achieve compliance, PM extension, or business continuity.

- Ensure equipment uptime is maintained by attainment to maintenance program.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Mechanical is preferred.
- 4+ years experience in the semiconductor industry, preferred in subfab equipment.
- Experience in SCADA systems for a fleet of equipment.
- Experience in managing the performance of a maintenance team.

The current base salary range for this role is between $106,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
