This is more than a leadership title—youll have the opportunity to help establish daily workflows, support your nursing team, and set the tone for quality patient care in a secure, structured environment.
Working on a rotating schedule opposite the staff nurse , youll provide essential leadership coverage while helping ensure consistency and continuity of care. Youll have the autonomy to lead, the support of an experienced healthcare organization, and the opportunity to be part of something new.

Qualifications
What Youll Do
- Coordinate and oversee daily medical operations
- Serve as a clinical leader and trusted resource for the healthcare team
- Support, coach, and mentor nursing staff
- Help ensure quality patient care and compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with facility leadership and the medical team
- Keep communication, documentation, and day-to-day operations on track
- Lead with confidence, compassion, accountability, and integrity
