What You'll Do 🩺
✔ Perform nursing assessments and provide direct patient care
✔ Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
✔ Respond to urgent medical needs using sound clinical judgment
✔ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to healthcare providers
✔ Provide patient education and support
✔ Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
✔ Collaborate with healthcare providers, correctional staff, and fellow healthcare professionals
✔ Deliver safe, quality care while working with a high degree of professional responsibility

Qualifications
We're Looking For
✔ Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
✔ Reliable and adaptable approach to patient care
Correctional healthcare experience is not required. We provide orientation and support to help you become comfortable in this unique nursing environment.
