Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at the Sauk County Jail in Baraboo, Wisconsin.
With a consistent every-other-weekend schedule , this position gives you predictable hours, plenty of weekday flexibility, and the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care in a structured environment.

What You'll Do 🩺
✔ Perform nursing assessments and provide direct patient care
✔ Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
✔ Respond to urgent medical needs using sound clinical judgment
✔ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to healthcare providers
✔ Provide patient education and support
✔ Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
✔ Collaborate with healthcare providers, correctional staff, and fellow healthcare professionals
✔ Use your clinical judgment and critical thinking to deliver safe, quality care

Qualifications
We're Looking For
✔ Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
✔ Reliable and committed approach to patient care
