Experience Requirements:
1 – 3 years distribution/logistics experience required.
Position Overview : Oversees workforce ensuring execution of daily tasks and activities including, loading/unloading trailers, cross-docking and customer service operations in a manner consistent with company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Supervises logistics operations including customer service, freight, and dispatch.
- Plans and assigns work to ensure production goals are met.
- Ensures data is accurate, and proper documentation has been received to support logistics operations.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring existing account base is maintained with particular focus on major accounts.
- Understands specific customer goals and works diligently to meet those goals.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles and recommending improvements.
- Inspects deliveries ensuring correct product and quantity has been received.
- Operates hand carts and lift trucks to receive product.
- Monitors productivity to ensure performance and safety measures are being met.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
