Position Overview
As a Bottling Line Operator , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high aesthetic and structural standards of this premier company. Working along a fast-paced conveyor system, you will combine steady manual dexterity with rigorous visual quality inspection to ensure premium cap seals, shrink sleeves, and tamper-evident packaging are flawlessly applied before final distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Seal Application & Finishing: Manually position or mechanically align cap seals, shrink sleeves, and tamper-evident security labels onto filled bottles and case boxes on the conveyor.
Quality Control & Inspection: Continuously monitor the conveyor line to verify that labels and seals are wrinkle-free, properly aligned, and tightly adhered. Safely pull defective bottles or damaged boxes off the line.
Conveyor & Feed Management: Assist in regulating conveyor flow and keeping your workstation stocked with packaging materials (seals, labels, flat boxes) to prevent line pile-ups or stoppages.
Sanitation & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to FDA and OSHA food/beverage manufacturing standards. Consistently wear all required PPE.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in bottling lines, food/beverage manufacturing, or fast-paced warehouse production is preferred.
Key Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks quickly and accurately.
Safety Mindset: Commitment to working safely, following plant protocols, and maintaining food safety guidelines.
Flexibility: Willingness to stand for extended periods and work efficiently along a continuous conveyor system.
