Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: First Shift - 5:00am-1:30pm, Second Shift - 1:30pm-10:00 pm
Pay: DOE
Location: San Jose, CA

Senior Welder Job Duties include:
? Perform complex welding and fabrication assignments with a high level of skill, quality, precision, and reliability.
? Identify and safely repair flaws in most metal objects at an intermediate level.
? Weld aluminum or steel materials that are over one-eighth of an inch thick.
? Frequently analyze and solve intermediate-level welding and production problems as they arise.
? Consistently meet established production, quality, and safety standards across all tasks.
? Provide technical guidance and assistance to less-experienced welders to support team operations.
? Other duties as assigned
Senior Welder Preferred Skills include:
? Three to five years of relevant professional welding experience.
? The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing advanced welding processes.
? An intermediate level of proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
? Intermediate knowledge of weld symbols and blueprint interpretations.
? Some foundational knowledge or experience with robotic programming.
? The ability to efficiently follow verbal instructions to execute technical tasks.
Senior Welder Requirements may include:
? A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
? Physical capability to work either standing or sitting for a complete 8-hour shift. ? Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and manually move 50-pound parts between locations throughout the day.
? Experience safely operating various hand tools, including sanders and grinders, as well as industrial welding equipment.
? Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of eye, ear, and glove protection at all times.
? Availability to work assigned schedules, either on First Shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday–Friday) or Second Shift (1:20 PM–9:50 PM, Monday–Friday)
