Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: First Shift - 5:00am-1:30pm, Second Shift - 1:30pm-10:00pm
Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hr
Location: San Jose, CA

Welder Job Duties include:
? Perform standard welding and fabrication duties in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.
? Produce high-quality welds while strictly adhering to all applicable safety and production standards.
? Identify and safely repair flaws in most metal objects at a basic level. ? Weld steel materials that are over a quarter of an inch thick.
? Perform tack welding on steel components as required prior to robotic welding processes.
? Frequently analyze and solve basic production and welding problems as they arise on the job
? Other duties as assigned
Welder Preferred Skills include:
? One to two years of practical professional welding experience.
? Continued development of technical skills and proficiency in necessary welding processes, materials, and equipment.
? Some foundational experience utilizing both TIG and MIG welding techniques.
? A working understanding of metallurgy combined with a basic knowledge of weld symbols.
? The ability to properly read and interpret basic blueprints and technical prints.
? An aptitude for efficiently following verbal instructions to execute assigned tasks
Welder Requirements may include:
? A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
? The physical capability to work either standing or sitting for a complete 8-hour shift.
? Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and manually move 50-pound parts from one location to another throughout the workday.
? Experience safely operating various hand tools, including sanders and grinders, as well as industrial welding equipment.
? Mandatory compliance with safety protocols, including the continuous use of required eye, ear, and glove protection at all times.
? Availability to work under general supervision on assigned schedules, either First Shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday–Friday) or Second Shift (1:20 PM–9:50 PM, Monday–Friday)
