Quick Lube Technician – Automotive Service
Modern Toyota of Asheboro is growing, and we're looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our team! If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in doing quality work, and want to build your career with a respected automotive company, we'd love to meet you.
As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best. You'll work in a fast-paced, professional service environment alongside an experienced automotive team.
What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance
- Complete tire rotations and lubrications
- Replace vehicle fluids, wiper blades, bulbs, and batteries
- Perform maintenance services efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer recommendations
- Inspect vehicles and communicate any additional maintenance needs to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and service standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous automotive or quick-lube experience preferred; 1 year of experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
- CDK experience is preferred
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
