Position Responsibilities
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs.
- Explain vehicle performance, applications, features, and benefits to customers.
- Describe optional equipment and available products.
- Offer and conduct vehicle test drives.
- Stay current on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Follow Modern Automotive's sales processes and utilize the tools provided to maximize success.
Position Requirements
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to hold yourself accountable.
- Ability to follow established processes and ask for help when needed.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to build a long-term career.
