Sr. Project Manager - Relocate To Guam

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Federal Project Manager for A-E Services who can operate remotely from Guam, with consideration for candidates from the Pacific Region, including Hawaii and Japan. This role involves managing diverse projects in size and complexity as a key member of the Federal Team. Responsibilities

- Serve as an integral member of the Federal Team responsible for managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Cultivate and nurture client partnerships to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and leverage industry best practices.
- Engage with clients to clarify specific requirements, define project scope and objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Leverage team-building and leadership experience to set the conditions for successful project execution.
- Devise teaming strategies in collaboration with the federal program manager, build proposals, and adapt lessons learned to deliver high-quality designs.
- Identify new business opportunities in the federal market and cultivate relationships with Federal Government decision makers.
- Manage all implementation processes, including progress tracking, financial reporting, change control, quality control, configuration control, documentation, training, and status reports.
- Set expectations and engage with the design team to identify and/or mitigate risks during project delivery.
- Apply and adapt project management principles and company-specific policies to support a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).
- At least 12 years of experience in the field of architecture, engineering, and/or construction.
- At least 5 years of experience with federal A-E facility projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Ability to travel 5-20% of the time to project sites, with the possibility of OCONUS travel.

Work Environment This is a remote position with the availability to travel 5-20% of the time to project sites. The role may involve occasional travel outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $170000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
